At Vovsel, we value our customers and aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple return and refund process under the conditions below.
1. Return Window
Customers may request a return **within 5 days of receiving the order**.
Requests made **after 5 days from the delivery date will not be accepted**.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
* The item must be **unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received**.
* The product must be returned in its **original packaging**.
* All **tags, accessories, and free items** (if any) must be included.
* A valid **order number or proof of purchase** must be provided.
If the returned item does not meet these conditions, the return request may be rejected.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged:

* Intimate or hygiene-related items
* Gift cards
* Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a **damaged, defective, or incorrect item**, please notify us **within 48 hours of delivery**.
To process your request, please email us with:

* Clear **photos of the product**
* Photos of the **packaging**
After verification, we will arrange a **replacement or full refund**, depending on product availability.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the **approval or rejection of your refund**.
If approved:
* The refund will be processed to the **original payment method used during checkout**.
* Please allow **5–10 business days** for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Return Shipping
* Customers may be responsible for **return shipping charges**.
* If the product is **damaged, defective, or incorrect**, the return shipping cost will be covered by Vovsel.
