At Vovsel, we aim to process and deliver your orders as quickly and reliably as possible.

This Shipping Policy explains our order processing, delivery timelines, shipping charges, and delivery-related procedures.

1. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed after successful order placement and, where applicable, order verification.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may contact you to confirm your order before dispatch.

Orders may take approximately 1–3 business days to be processed before shipment.

Processing times may vary depending on product availability and operational circumstances.

2. Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery generally takes approximately 5–8 business days depending on the destination and courier availability.

The total estimated delivery time may therefore be approximately 6–11 business days from order placement.

These are estimated timelines and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery may take longer in certain situations, including:

  • Remote or difficult-to-service locations

  • Public holidays

  • Severe weather

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Courier delays

  • Incorrect or incomplete address information

  • Operational disruptions

  • Unforeseen circumstances

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before the order is completed.

If free shipping is offered for a particular product, order, or promotion, the applicable conditions will be displayed on the website or during checkout.

4. Delivery Areas

We currently aim to deliver orders across serviceable locations in India.

Delivery availability depends on the serviceability of the customer's PIN code and the availability of our logistics partners.

Some remote or restricted locations may not be serviceable.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information may be provided through available communication channels, such as email, SMS, WhatsApp, or order updates.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after the shipment is handed over to the courier.

6. Incorrect Address or Contact Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, incorrect PIN code, unavailable recipient, or incorrect contact information, additional delivery attempts or charges may apply where applicable.

Vovsel may contact the customer to obtain the correct information.

7. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts according to their operational procedures.

Customers should remain available at the provided delivery address and keep their phone number accessible during the delivery period.

If the customer refuses delivery or remains unavailable after the applicable delivery attempts, the shipment may be returned to the sender.

8. COD Delivery

For COD orders, customers should ensure that the required amount is available at the time of delivery.

Refusal of a genuine COD order after confirmation may result in the order being returned to Vovsel.

Repeated COD refusals or suspicious ordering activity may affect the availability of COD for future orders.

9. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order appears to be delayed, please contact us with your order details.

We will coordinate with the applicable logistics partner and make reasonable efforts to assist you.

Courier delays are sometimes outside our direct control.

10. Damaged Packages

If the package appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery, customers are encouraged to:

  1. Photograph or record the package condition.

  2. Note the issue with the delivery personnel where possible.

  3. Contact Vovsel as soon as possible.

  4. Provide photographs, videos, and order details if requested.

This information may help us investigate the issue with the logistics partner.
